Success!
Hi Friends!
Thank you to everyone who donated or bought a Heart for Haiti. The Lord is so faithful! We raised 167 dollars and 15 cents!!! All the money is going to Samaritans purse to save lives in Haiti.
I pray that through this project many saw Jesus in me and in others and were drawn to the glorious Father; Ephesians 1:17. I also pray that these hearts have been a door for you to witness to your family and friends.
Ephesians 3:20
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us,
I will continue to sell the hearts for Haiti, and the money will still go to Samaritans Purse. If you would like to see pictures of what Samaritans Purse is doing in Haiti here is a link, Haiti Relief in Pictures.
Thank you!

Thank You!
Thank you so much to everyone who has purchased a heart for Haiti. Thank you for supporting the quake victims who desperately need our help. We are currently at 87 dollars! We have 8 days left to make our goal, so please wear your heart for Haiti all the time and tell your friends about it. I have been making an average of 20 a day and would be glad to keep making them through the end of the month! Thank you friends!
Philippians 4:20 To our God and Father be the glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Hearts for Haiti
One week ago today at 4:53 p.m the capitol city of Haiti was destroyed by a terrible earthquake. All over the world many people were and still are wondering what they could do to help. Well, I was wondering the same thing, when the Lord gave me the idea to raise money for Samaritans Purse. I decided to crochet hearts and attach them to bobby pins, I am now selling them for $1 each (or three for $2.50) and 100% of the proceeds are going to Samaritans Purse. My goal it to raise $100 dollars by the end of the month, that gives us 12 days. Please purchase one and wear it all the time, and tell your friends about it so that they can donate too! If you would like to purchase one leave a comment with your e-mail and I will contact you.

Blog update
I just uploaded a pacman game to my blog. It is located at the bottom of my home page! Please check it out and have fun playing it, it will only be on for a little while. :D
Elliot's snow fort
Today Elliot and Dad made an awesome snow fort together! We let Sammy out when we all went out to see it and he ran straight to the entrance and ran in. The fort has one entrance that splits into two tunnels which both lead to a large circular open area with no top perfect for spying on the neighbors. Elliot said "the other kids' fort (who lives next door) is nothing compared to what Dad and I made." Have fun Elliot!
Do Hard Things.

my 2010 new years goals
1. I am going to make the key lime pie that I promised to make my dad two years ago.
2. I am going to take a picture of a pear (yes, the fruit) every month, just for fun.
3. I am going to make a focaccia.
4. And most of all I am going to seek the Lord's will for my life through ever decision that I make this year.
